ROMPER // BAG // SANDALS // CUFF |
So I hit the ground running right after theCurvyCon ( not familiar see post Here ) simply because I had to close out for the school year. As soon as that was done with that I started planing looks for the blog can you guess what inspired this look. I'm all for themed dressing and Fourth of July's is probably one of the easiest themes to play dress-up for. I mean who doesn't have red white and blue in their closet.
I love a good Romper its the perfect garment to take from day to night. For the day time you can pair it with off the moment Gladiators , a Fedora and a Tote . Its the perfect outfit to wear to a picnic, barbecue or the boardwalk. For night time swap your Gladiators for Strappy Sandals, a Smokey Eye and a cute Clutch. This specific Romper is perfect because of the Kimono silhouette is ultra flattering on all body types. For this look I kept things literal I paired this Denim Romper with a White Bucket Bag and Red Sandals (see another 4th of July look Here) . This outfit is a great example of a transitional look; Its perfect for those days when you know you may not have time to go home and change. The Bucket Bag balances out the flirtiness of the Sandal for day however the Bucket Bag will not look out of place getting drinks and dancing on a hot summer night.
Dont forget about all the crazy 4th of July sales going on!! Now is the perfect time to snap up those pieces you have had your eyes on. Nordstrom has some great Deals ( faves Here, Here & Here), Asos is doing a great sale on Curve ( you have to see this SCROLL down for the rest of my PICKS), Eloquii of course is always in the game with 30% off & an additional $7.04 discount ( luv This & This), Old Navy is also offering 40% off almost everything ( I am about to stock up on Jeans) plus great deals for the whole family under $8. Finally Macys is offering 20% off (Ive got my eyes on these Pumps in Multi Snake) and free shipping if you spend $75.
Do you dress up on the fourth of July and if so are you casual or formal?
